Select all the desired posts using keyboard shortcuts and scroll through your posts in breeze 🍃Use the feed view in combination with filters to perfectly organize your campaigns 👌

We’re excited to announce our brand new feature – workspace timetable 🕑✨. We know how frustrating it can be for frequent publishers with a weekly schedule to pick a date and time for each individual post 👎. But not anymore! Take a minute to set up your workspace timetable and stay on top of the weekly schedule, like a champ 💪 .

To get started just click on “Configure timetable” in your workspace settings.

After set up you will be able to easily pick a time when you create a post.

In the calendar view, you will quickly see the time slots with no posts assigned, so you will be able to plan and organize them faster.

We are aligning our app with GDPR regulations and updated our terms of service and privacy policy. We’ve added a few new features to give you more control of your account and data. The new options are available under Profile tab of your Planable account:

Data portability

You can now export all the data created and collected related to you in a single click.

Email updates

You can now choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time of marketing email updates. We send email updates about product and feature announcements, promotions, educational materials, and events. Our updates focus on relevant information and never sell your data to marketing companies.

Note: Workspace collaborators are not subscribed by default to email updates. Planable will still send you transactional emails (in app important alerts or notifications) by default.

Increased security

We’ve added additional safe-guards to keep your data safe and secure.

Complete deletion requests

If you no longer use Planable, you can choose to remove your account and your data from our systems. This also includes third party providers we are sharing your data with.

We are happy to announce that we’ve implemented a workaround for Facebook page mentions and now you can tag Facebook pages in your posts.

This time however, you have to know the page username. To tag a page just type “@pagename” (exactly as it is on Facebook). We will search and add the page to the suggested list. Check out the gif below:

To find a page username, find the page on Facebook and the username will be displayed below the page name or in the browser url.

You can now leave more meaningful feedback to posts by adding attachments. This can be image suggestions, docs for copy, video suggestions or any other file relevant to a particular post. You can upload up to 5 files per comment with a maximum file size of 100 MB.

You can now hide implemented feedback from team or client by clicking resolve button on the top right corner of each comment thread. We will also make sure to notify the commenter about it! This should help you keep the feedback on your campaigns more organized.🤓

To view resolved comments open post window and click “Show resolved” in the comments panel on the right.

We’ve redesigned and rewritten the comments UI and it now has a much smoother writing and tagging experience. We’ve also added a few new features:

Comments reply

You can now reply to a specific comment to keep the conversation more organized. To reply to a comment just hit the reply button below of any comment.

Comment notifications

You can now choose who you want to send notification to regarding a comment. We will add by default the creator of the post.

More comment related features like resolving comments, notes, files attachments, annotations, stickers are coming soon. Stay tuned!

We made a series of improvements to the performance and UX of our calendar. We also added infinite scrolling to the month view, so now you can easily drag posts from one month to another. Happy planning!
