We will now no longer require workspace members to connect the page individually to publish or schedule. Connection will be done once either initially or by a workspace administrator afterwards.

Publishing and scheduling is available only for administrators and contributors of the workspace, approvers and writers will not be able to schedule posts.

Also now you can see the status of the connection in page settings, where you can easily reconnect / disconnect your page from Planable.

We will now notify workspace team members and approvers about new posts being added. This notification is turned on by default but you can customize it in the notification settings.

You can now customize image title and description of link thumbnails with verified domains.
To verify a domain for a page please follow the steps in the link below:

After verification, link thumbnails from the verified website will become editable.

We’re happy to launch Facebook Groups you’ve been waiting for! We understand how important community management is for you. Now, if you’re an admin of a Facebook group, you can easily connect it in Planable.

Supported media formats are image(s), video, gif, link thumbnails.

To connect a group, please go to Add Pages > Facebook and click “Add group”.

You can now repost existing posts that have been published, scheduled or saved. To do so, just click on the post menu and find the Repost option. When clicking it the composer will open with the content from the post you selected.

From the composer you might want to slightly modify the post, duplicate it to another pages or publish / schedule it again for later.

Due to multiple users requests, we will now show all posts that are assigned a date in the calendar view. Previously it was a bit confusing as we showed only scheduled and published posts on the calendar. This update will help you visualize all your campaign on calendar, even before approvals and and schedule process.

To schedule posts to be published, just hover on the post title and click schedule.
