Posts in the calendar now display clear status labels: Draft, Pending (approval), Approved, and Scheduled.

With the status right on the card, you can spot what’s waiting for approval, what’s good to go, and what’s still a work in progress at a glance.

Hint: for an extra layer of feedback, network icon colours are grey unless the post is scheduled or published. So if it’s not coloured, it won’t go out.

Approvers now get an organized space to review content. See posts in 3 columns based on approval status.

Select multiple posts in the Calendar and send them all for approval in one action. Pick your approvers, add an optional note, and you’re done.

When you drag a post into a predefined timeslot on the calendar, the time gets assigned automatically.

Before, dragging a post meant landing it on the right day — then opening it to set the right time. Now, if you’ve set up timeslots, the post snaps to the correct time the moment you drop it.
