No more manual follow-ups when a post is waiting on approval.

We’ve updated how notifications work so nothing gets stuck waiting on a response.
Now, whenever approval is required for a post to go live, approvers get automatic reminders:

• 48 hours after an approval is requested
• 24 hours before the post is scheduled to go live

If you’d like to turn this off for specific workspaces, you can easily do so in workspace settings.

You can now connect external calendars directly to Planable — so international dates, company milestones, or industry events all show up right alongside your posts.

Here’s what’s new:

• connect any calendar with a public iCal URL (Google, Outlook, Apple, Notion Calendar, Eventbrite, Luma, and more)
• control visibility per calendar: keep it private, share with your internal team, or open it up to clients too
• customize each calendar with a name and color to keep things readable at a glance
• refresh manually or let Planable sync automatically once a day

Approval notifications are now separated from post updates, so you can choose to receive only the alerts that actually matter to your role.

Approval notifications:

• when a post needs your approval
• when your post with required approval is not approved & is set to go live soon

Post updates:

• when your post is published
• when your post’s visibility is changed (from internal to client view)

You can easily turn on only the notifications that are relevant to you, from your Profile settings.

You can now manage and respond to comments on your Facebook and Instagram ads directly from Planable, alongside your organic posts.

Comments left on your Facebook and Instagram ads will now show up in your Engagement inbox, right next to your regular post comments.

Great news for TikTok creators with Business accounts! We’ve expanded our Engagement add-on to include TikTok. You can now manage and respond to TikTok comments and full conversation threads directly from Planable.

A few things to note: due to TikTok’s API limitations, replies won’t include attachments or mentions, and comment counts may take 24-48 hours to sync in Planable.
