Planable bills **per workspace** (not per seat). All paid plans include unlimited users.

**Monthly billing**: Pay month to month. Cancel anytime.

**Annual billing**: Get 2 months free. Pay for 10 months, get 12 (equivalent to ~17% off). Billed as a single upfront payment. If you cancel mid-cycle on an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

### What is a workspace?

A workspace is where your team creates, reviews, approves, and schedules content for a specific brand or client. It contains that brand's social media pages, campaigns, collaborators, and shared assets. Planable recommends one workspace per brand or client. If you manage 5 clients, you need 5 workspaces.

### How do the 50 free posts work?

The free trial gives you 50 posts total (not a monthly limit) with no credit card and no time limit. Once those 50 posts are used, you need to upgrade to continue publishing. X (Twitter) publishing is not available during the trial.

### What add-ons does Planable offer?

Two add-ons are available on all paid plans, both priced per workspace:

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Billing Dashboard. If you're on an annual plan, access continues until the end of the billing period. Enterprise customers with custom plans handle changes through their dedicated account manager.
