1. Processors are our partners to whom we transfer your personal data for processing on behalf of us. This is necessary to ensure continuity of service on our part.
2. Accordingly, each of our processors may have access to some part of the personal data that you provide to us for processing.
3. In order to ensure the appropriate level of protection of your personal data as set forth in our Privacy Statement and applicable law, we enter into a personal data processing agreement with each of our processors. 
4. For partners located in jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of personal data protection, we implement additional safeguards:
- For personal data subject to UK data protection laws, international data transfers will be governed by the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers under UK GDPR.
- For personal data subject to the GDPR (or, if applicable, the national laws of countries within the EEA), international data transfers will be governed either by the existence of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or, in the absence of such a decision, by the Standard Contractual Clauses issued under the EU Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 for the transfer of personal data to third countries in accordance with the GDPR.
5. If we start cooperating with any new partners who act as processors of your personal data, we will inform you 2 (two) weeks in advance so that you can decide for yourself whether you consent to the transfer of your personal data. We also carry out our own privacy and data security assessments of all new partners.
