We’re all very tech savvy and self-sufficient (usually like to trial and onboard on our own).

We like to do at least a demo to learn all the nuts and bolts of a tool before fully integrating it, and we prefer reaching out to support instead of wasting time trying to figure out things on our own.

We like to have training for our team and/or external stakeholders to ensure everyone’s on the same page and takes full advantage of the platform.
