That’s why today I’m jumping for joy to announce our Planable x Canva integration.
We hate tedious extra steps as much as you. So we’ve made working with visuals so much easier:
Design in Canva — plan, review & publish in Planable.
No downloads, no uploads, no extra clicks. The smoothest road from idea to publishing.
Here’s how it goes:
1. Connect the Planable app to your Canva
Go to the Planable App in Canva’s apps marketplace and hit Use in a design. Do this once, then you’ll always find the Planable app on your left side menu in the Canva app.
2. Create your design in Canva
Start from scratch, or even import existing images from your Planable workspace. Create your final design with text, stickers, and all the deets in Canva.
3. Export your visuals to Planable
When everything’s ready, go to Planable in the left menu, hit Export, and choose the right Planable workspace. The final visual gets automatically uploaded to your Planable Media library.
4. Plan, review & publish in Planable
From here, Planable is the place where all your social media content & marketing content gets perfected and published.
Plan your content. Place each upcoming post in the visual calendar – the easiest way to map out your whole week or month of content.
Create your posts. Add visuals from the media library — all visuals that you’ve brought from Canva have a nice label, so you can spot them quickly. You can also use the AI writing assistant for a head-start on your caption.
Get feedback and approvals. Clients, internal managers, John from legal… whoever needs to review your content and give the green light. They leave text suggestions and comments on the post and approve with just one click.
Publish your posts. You can manually schedule each post once it’s been approved or enable the “auto-publish after approval” setting for the whole workspace.
Planable is integrated with all major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Goole Business Profile. You can also work on any rich-text content such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, you name it.
